He is suing Britney for alleged unpaid management fees over what he claims was a verbal agreement that he would remain her manager for four years and earn 15 percent commission of her earnings.

Lufti is also suing her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears, claiming they defamed him, mirror.co.uk reports.

In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in a Los Angeles court, Lufti said Jaime physically assaulted him in the star's kitchen Jan 29 last year over a rude comment he was supposed to have made about Lynne Spears.

Lufti said he was “intentionally punched in the chest”. He also describes how he came to work for Britney after she looked into getting restraining orders out against her parents.

“Resentful of Lynne and afraid of Jamie's controlling, violent and often unpredictable behaviour, Britney began inquiring about obtaining restraining orders,” he stated in the lawsuit.

He is suing for defamation over claims in Lynne's book “Through The Storm”, in which she says Lufti deliberately over-medicated her daughter.

Last Friday (Jan 30), Britney obtained a restraining order against Lufti and ex-lover Adnan Ghalib, to stop them from having any contact with her, her parents and her two sons.
