Model-turned-actress Megan Fox is convinced fame is ruining her social life as none of her friends want to hang out with her now that she is a major movie star.
Model-turned-actress Megan Fox is convinced fame is ruining her social life as none of her friends want to hang out with her now that she is a major movie star.
The 23-year-old shot to international stardom after appearing in hit 2007 movie Transformers but Fox insists becoming an overnight sensation has had a negative impact on her life off screen because her friends are wary of the ever-present paparazzi wherever she goes, reports imdb.com.
"There have been times (when) people don't want to hang out with me because they don't want to end up on the Internet," she said.
She also said she always feels disheartened when she opens her front door to a mob of waiting photographers, and often scraps her plans so she can avoid wading through the mass of photographers.
"I sometimes just turn around and go back home and don't do anything and have to have someone go do my grocery shopping," she said.
