, gave birth to the child at 9.20 am at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, a source close to the couple told IANS.

The couple has received wishes from Bollywood on Twitter.

"Bringing life on earth is the most beautiful gift of God.Allah bless Ajay & Kajol with happiness & health. son of a devgun wow masha allah," wrote Shah Rukh Khan.

Madhur Bhandarkar congratulated the couple on the micro-blogging site saying, "Congratulations Ajay & kajol on the birth of your baby boy. Ganpati baapa moraya..."

"It's amazing when a new life comes into the world.. Congrats Ajay and kajol on the birth of ur baby boy," wrote Priyanka Chopra.
