The Spider-Man actress and The Notebook star who reportedly met shortly after Kirsten left Utah's Cirque Lodge rehab clinic last month were seen kissing and cuddling at The Box Club in New York on Saturday.
A source told gossip website perezhilton.com: "They were making out publicly. They didn't even try to hide it."
The couple were first spotted together on a date at New York's Freemans restaurant earlier this month. An onlooker said: "They were definitely acting like they were on a date. They lingered there for hours."
Kirsten, 25, has been single since splitting from Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell last year. Ryan, 27, split from his The Notebook co-star Rachel McAdams in April 2007 after a two-year relationship.
Following the break-up, Ryan revealed the public had been less than supportive of his decision. He said at the time: "Women are mad at me. A girl came up to me on the street and she almost smacked me. Like, 'How could you? How could you let a girl like that go?' "
