The Cuban hunk, who played Lopez’s lover in her I’m Into You video, had earlier cleared rumours about his alleged affair with the singer.
Now, news has emerged that he was accused of having sexual relations with a 17-year-old girl a year ago, reports Contact music.
The unnamed teen filed a complaint against Levy, claiming he forced her to “perform fellatio upon him” during a tryst in a hotel room.
She is demanding 2.5 million dollars in punitive damages, according to U.S. Entertainment Tonight.
However, Levy has refuted the claims against him, insisting the plaintiff was 19 years old and the sex was consensual.
It is also said that he received a letter, in which the teen allegedly demanded 950,000 dollars to keep the story secret from the media, before filing a lawsuit against the actor.
