Kim has known Kanye for several years but they only recently became romantically involved with each other.

Kim said that Kanye will feature in her family's reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians but won't show intimate details like Khloe and husband Lamar Odom do on their show, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
