Just-out-of-rehab Lindsay Lohan has been spotted behind the wheel and also took to Twitter to rant about paparazzi. According to TMZ.com, a day after her release from UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital, the

star got her driver's license reinstated, reports the
New York Daily News.
After being on the road for one day, LiLo took to Twitter to share some of her driving advice to her fans. She wrote: "Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn't be allowed to take pictures or video while someone's driving or at a stop light. 4every1's sake #trafficpolice."
Lindsay Lohan's license was previously suspended prior to her jail sentence.
The acterss was released from court-ordered rehab on Tuesday after serving 13 days of a 90-day prison term for violating probation over 2007 case for driving under the influence.
