LSD to open London Film Festival

After being screened at the Munich Film Festival in June, Dibakar Bannerjee’s Love Sex Aur Dhokha will be the opening film at the London Film Festival on July 15.

After being screened at the Munich Film Festival in June, Dibakar Bannerjee’s Love Sex Aur Dhokha will be the opening film at the London Film Festival on July 15. After that, it should go to a film festival in Melbourne towards the end of the month.

One of the lead actors of the film, Anshuman Jha, confirms the news: "I’m the only actor from the film who will be at the screening in London. I’m performing at the Theatre Festival in Manchester next week, so, I’ll be there with Dibakar who will be travelling with the film to Melbourne too."

Shilpa Shetty, who is in London, is expected to attend the screening too. However, producer Ekta Kapoor whose Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai releases at the end of the month, may not be able to make it to the festivals.
