"One thing that bugs me is people who say, 'Miley really needs to lose some weight'. I'm like, 'What are you talking about - let me grow'," the Daily Mail online quoted the star as saying.

Cyrus was also emotional about winning the Kids Choice Award for Favourite Female Singer March 28.

"I was a little embarrassed. But then again, I shouldn't be. It meant something to me because it's from the kids. So it made me happy. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to win it. It just made my day that I did. It means a lot to me," she said.
