Singer, songwriter, and composer AR Rahman attended the 2022 Grammys and gave fans a sneak peek into this year's ceremony. Taking to Twitter, the musician shared pictures from the event. In his first post from the event on Twitter, AR Rahman shared a selfie also featuring his son. The duo smiled for the camera. The audience was seen in the background. Sharing the post, he wrote, "Grammys (heart eyes emoji)."

In his second post, another selfie, AR Rahman posed with his team at the Grammys venue. He captioned the post, "All set." For his last post, the musician shared a picture as he and his son posed on the red carpet. He wrote, "Parenting (heart eyes emoji)."

For the event, AR Rahman wore a yellow and brown jacket, black pants, and matching shoes. Ameen wore a multi-coloured shirt with dark pants and silver shoes.

The musician has previously won two Grammy awards, both for Slumdog Millionaire. He won the Best Compilation Soundtrack Album for motion picture, television, or other visual media and Best Song written for motion picture television or other visual media (Jai Ho).

The 2022 Grammys, which kicked off on Sunday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, was hosted by Trevor Noah. At the event, singer Olivia Rodrigo made an impressive Grammy debut, Silk Sonic claimed two major awards and Jon Batiste had the most stunning victory of the night winning the top prize at Grammy Awards.

Jon won five Grammys including album of the year for We Are pulling off an upset in a loaded category filled with tough competition from Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, and the combined talents of Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga. Silk Sonic — the all-star union of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak — took home awards in all four categories it was nominated in, including record and song of the year.
