Nayanthara's speech at Toxic trailer release event
Explaining why she came to the trailer release event, Nayanthara first clarified, “It's not that I don't want to attend promotional events… It's just that I'm not good very good at it. So I stay away from it… But this was special because so many reasons. But i think it's just Yash. He just made a call and it was enough for me to attend the event.”
Meeting Yash for the first time
She went on to add, “The first time I met Yash… trust me I have worked with a lot of superstars, and they are all good, but with Yash when I met him the first time, the kind of larger-than-life image he actually has, that is how he is in person is. I was like, oh, am I entering Rocky Bhai's kingdom? It is like how you see it in the trailer, he is like that in real.”
“But beyond that, I think everyone has spoken about his work ethics that he has but let me that I have never ever seen a more hardworking actor than this… Oh my god, every single day on set, I am just amazed at the way he worked. This man has given his four and a half years of his life… he has sacrificed his life, his time, everything he would enjoy with his kids, but he is just about work. He is just this monster-mind creation.”
Rocky Bhai is an iconic character played by Yash in in the blockbuster Kannada action film franchise KGF: Chapter 1 (2018) and KGF: Chapter 2 (2022), directed by Prashanth Neel.
