Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan visit Amar Singh in hospital

Amar Singh was admitted to the newly-inaugurated Kokilabehn Hospital Monday and Sanjay, who has joined the Samajwadi Party recently, was prompt to visit the leader. Also present was Abhishek, whose father Amitabh is a close friend of Amar Singh and mother Jaya is a member of the Samajwadi Party.

Sanjay and Abhishek called upon the politician between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday.

"While Abhishek spent about two hours, Sanjay Dutt was with Amar Singh-ji much longer. Their mutual concern for the politician was very touching and genuine," an informed source said.

Asked about his visit, Sanjay said: "Amar Singh-ji has been admitted for a full body check-up."
