Scarlett Johansson has revealed that she is sick and tired of people calling her “ScarJo”.

The 27-year-old actor told USA Today that "it’s awful" that people refer her by that name.



"It’s a laziness. People can’t actually say the whole name?" the New York Post quoted her as saying.

"It’s just bizarre ... Cate Blanchett is not, like, ‘CaBla?’ Why do I have to get stuck?" the "We Bought a Zoo" actress stated.



Although Johansson doesn’t specify how she feels about the nickname, she said that it does have one advantage, as it helps her to know if someone yelling her name is a random fan or an actual friend.



"If I hear somebody say [ScarJo], I know I don’t know them at all," she added.
