Here’s Madhu my Mottu Maid with my Brazilian coffee and garma garam news on Ekta Kapoor’s new film that has been wrapped up in 30 days flat and titled LSD. Before I can ask what the initials stand for or if she’s drugged, she informs me that LSD is short for Love, Sex Aur Dhokha. Don’t tell me it’s a copy of Sex, Lies and Video Tape, I say, and Mots cackles like a hyena.

So, why has Ekta opted for such a strange-sounding name? It doesn’t even start with K! Mottu tells me that it’s her way of trying to fool the censors into giving her a ‘U’ or at least a ‘U/A’ certificate. Seems the boss lady told her that if she went with Love, Sex Aur Dhokha, the film would get an ‘A’ rating for sure. This girl sure is a smartie!
