Bollywood seems set to groove into the new year — literally. A host of actors — Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Arjun Rampal with wife Mehr — will be heading to Goa’s popular Sunburn electronic music festival, according to sources from the organising committee.

A host of actors — Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Arjun Rampal with wife Mehr — will be heading to Goa’s popular Sunburn electronic music festival, according to sources from the organising committee. The festival, being held between December 27-29, is a hotspot for music lovers the world over, with performances by legendary electronica DJs like Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten and Axwell.

“My phone is constantly ringing everybody is requesting for a seat in my private lounge,” says Shailendra Singh, the festival’s director.

Sources close to Sonam say she is heading to Goa and is eagerly looking forward to the party. There’s also talk about Shah Rukh Khan attending the festival but his spokesperson says that the actor may get busy trying to wrap up the last schedule of

Ra.One

before he heads to Dubai for New Year’s Eve celebrations, and not be able to make it.

Other celebrities are however looking forward to the festival. “I’m very excited and can’t wait for the fest to begin. The line-up this year looks brilliant,” says comedian and TV host Ash Chandler.
