A source close to Shahid reveals, "Even after he became an actor and got busy, he has always stayed in touch with his friends. He counts on them and makes a conscious effort to maintain these relationships. A while ago, he had even flown to Hyderabad for a couple of days to attend Sri’s wedding. He was busy shooting, but he worked extra hours to make up for that time."
Confirming that Sri paid the actor a visit recently, the source adds, "Shahid was unwell for over a week and was on medication. When Sri heard about this, he flew in to meet him. They spent time catching up. Once Shahid recovered, he took Sri for a spin in his new car and also made him listen to some of the mixes he has been working on (on his newly bought DJ console)."
Sri even posted a picture of the two on his micro-blogging page, captioning it Eternal.
