The rift between the couple, who have not gone public with their relationship, is apparent as Ranbir was heard arguing with Katrina on phone, while shooting for Rockstar.

According to sources, Katrina was fuming over the fact that Ranbir lied to him that he was busy shooting for an ad, while he had gone to drop

Nargis to her friend's place.

Not only this, some sources claim that the Kapoor scion might actually be thinking of giving relationship with Nargis a chance.

Informed a source, "Ranbir doesn't want to commit to his co-star yet, but he's admitted to some close friends that there is a possibility of him getting serious. Apart from spending time with her, he's also been recommending her to producers."

There is also buzz that Ranbir is planning to take Nargis to his sister Riddhima's house during the New Year's where the entire family will be celebrating.
