Mariah Yeater who is filing a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, claims that she has hard evidence to prove that the teen popstar is the father of her child.

The 20-year-old claims the star refused to wear a condom during their 30 seconds of sex in a backstage bathroom after one of his LA gigs last year.

"I have provided the evidence to my attorney. It will show a judge in court that my allegations are true," the Daily Star quoted Yeater as saying.

It has been revealed that Yeater has hired hotshot Chicago lawyer Jeffrey Leving, a former White House adviser on paternity law, to represent her.

Although, Leving refused to disclose any details of Yeater’s evidence, a friend of the single mum commented on the matter.

"It’s explosive," the friend said.

Bieber will be forced to take a paternity test unless his celebrity lawyer Howard Weitzman succeeds in getting Mariah’s lawsuit dismissed.

Yeater has brushed aside claims by former high school sweetheart John Terranova, who said that she had also accused him of being the love child’s dad.

She is awaiting trial in Las Vegas for allegedly attacking Terranova.

"At the time, she was in a highly emotional state," her pal said.

"But there was no other man in her life when she fell pregnant. Justin had better be prepared for a battle."
