The young actors who met on the sets of the hit movie High School Musical have both tried to step away from their clean cut images and have taken on edgy roles.
Efron, 22, was at the Hollywood Bowl to support Hudgens who plays Mimi, a junkie stripper in the musical. During the musical number Out Tonight, Efron got up from his seat and tipped Hudgens a few bucks during her sultry dance.
The young actor is known to have a penchant for strip clubs and reportedly spent a staggering USD 2000 at a gentleman’s club recently. Though the actor admitted visiting a strip club, he said that he did so with Hudgens’ permission.
