"Renee and Bradley have both been travelling a lot lately promoting their movie Case 39, but when he finally gets to go home to LA, she'll live with him at his place in Venice Beach," aceshowbiz.com quoted a source as saying.
"Bradley set up a bathroom in the house that Renee can call her own. It's stocked with her favourite candles, perfumes and makeup - even an electric toothbrush," added the source.
Zellweger, 40, and Cooper, 34, are featuring together in horror-thriller Case 39 and sparked romance rumours when they were spotted enjoying a dinner date at Italian restaurant Antonucci in New York City's Upper East Side in June.
