The fabled Russian crowns were seen once again on the runway of the Belarus Fashion Week in Minsk last week. Belarussian designer Yulia Latushkina, made his models wear huge crowns, that were worn by the elite of Russian society centuries ago.
He used semi-precious stones and beads in various colours. While international fashion weeks have concentrated on head gear and
intricate head accessories this season, such a traditional and extravagant take was seen for the first time.
