The seasonal accessory trend is showing a tilt towards floral motifs, especially in jewellery.
Rekha Arora’s Summer 2011 collection, RIKA, inspired by Thai and Burmese art, is also inspired by full blooms. While pinks, yellows, blues and happy pastels make up the colour palette, the collection is made of semiprecious beads, corals and stones such as amethyst, turquoise, agate, arcade etc.
All this is available at an exhibition held at D 225, Defence Colony, which is on till May 5.
