I never use soap: Sahil Shroff

“When I left to study in Australia, everybody was against it, and said that I had a career in modelling. I got a call from a friend when I was there, asking me to come back and join the industry, so I did,” he says with a grin. The one thing that surprised him about the industry he was poised to join? “The fact that you have to wax your legs and chest!” he says with a laugh, adding, “But I chose the easy way out and used a body hair trimmer. At least it didn’t make me feel like a woman.”

I wash my face at least three times a day, but I never use soap because that dries the skin too much.

I avoid using too many products so that the skin can breathe. A trick that really works for my skin is to cut an aloe vera leaf and apply the juice to my face.

My hair is like an afro, so it’s important to cut it every three weeks. I also massage it with almond oil.

I get a coconut oil massage once a week to keep my skin smooth and shiny.
