Shantanu and Nikhil to open for WIFW 2012

Shantanu & Nikhil will take centre stage as the curtains go up for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autum-Winter 2012. The 19th edition of the fashion event will start on February 15.

The Fashion Design Council of India today announced the show schedule for the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2012.

The 19th edition of WIFW will kick off on Wednesday, February 15th with 138 designers featuring splendid creations.

Shantanu & Nikhil, a label synonymous with luxury and known for elegance and sophistication will take centre stage as the curtains go up for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autum-Winter 2012.

Opening the show on Day 1, the designer duo will showcase their impressive bridge line (S&N Drape) for the coming season.

Announcing the same, Mr Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI said, "FDCI is thrilled to have ace designer duo Shantanu & Nikhil to open for WIFW 2012, that so befits the glitz & glamour that they are known for and hence the apt choice to unveil the biggest fashion event of the year.
