Tips on how to keep your suits in top notch condition in monsoons.

Moth free: Protection from moth is more important during the monsoons, as the weather is moist making it conducive for organism growth. It’s important that you store suits in almirahs. For proper protection of suits, use cedar almirah.

Dry clean wise: Make it a point to get suits dry cleaned at least thrice a month. Along with the dry cleaning, steam clean is also important to keep it wrinkle free, and also free from any organism growth.

Steam savvy: If you are steam cleaning your suit yourself, pay attention to little things like keeping the nozzle of your cleaner, to shoot steam at your suit, several inches away. Be careful not to let the suit get too moist, else moth will grow even more and even blobs may occur on the fabric.

Dry in the sun: To keep your suit in prime condition dry it in the sun after every time you have worn it. Not only will it ensure that the suit remains free of any sticky sweat smell, but it will also ensure that it remains lint free.

Iron well: While storing the suits make a point to iron it well. It will be convenient as you would find a wrinkle free suit to wear when you pull it out, but also a hot iron kills any unwanted bacteria that can fester on the fabrics.
