Apart from bold colour that is been seen at most runways, the biggest news off the spring-summer 2011 at Milan Fashion Week is the new skirt. The mini skirt has all but disappeared from the runway, replaced by hemlines that fall around or below the knee.
Long skirts are also very popular. Giorgio Armani and Raf Simons for Jil Sander based their collections on the new hemline. With models dressed in extra long skirts, it sure gives us a clue on the hemlines to flaunt.
