Age has nothing to do with fitness and actress Jennifer Lopez is the living proof of that. The 49-year-old singer and actress looks amazing and is #fitnessgoals for women across ages. JLo, known for her films Maid in Manhattan and Monster-in-law, has been a fitness icon for over 20 years. She’s never had a bad day and she says the reason is that she loves working out.

And she credits her incredible body to religious exercise, clean eating and a desire to lead a healthy and a happy life. Jennifer loves dancing, something she incorporates into her workout routine. After all the secret to loving a rigorous regime is by including activities that you love. And the other thing she believes in is drinking plenty of water. Consuming more than 3 litres per day can help shed weight faster.
