The fair witnessed an overwhelming response from prospective buyers and investors who thronged the venue to gather every bit of information on the residential markets of Gurgaon, Dharuhera and Bhiwadi.

The visitors included young professionals, businessmen and senior government officers, who were seen visiting stalls and finding out price details and project specifications.

"It was a great opportunity. It took me just a couple of hours to get a comparative price range of the existing and upcoming residential market of new Gurgaon," said Emily Thomas, a management professional from Dwarka.

The two-day fair was inaugurated by Rao Dharampal, member of legislative assembly, Gurgaon.

More than 25 prominent developers including Bestech, SS Group, Orris, Mapsko, Ashiana, SARE Homes, Paras, Eldeco, ILD Spire Greens, Spaze, GPL, Corona and Satya put on display around 50 ambitious projects during the event. The fair will go on till July 29.
