According to the complaint, the robbers came on a motorbike and barged into the shop wearing helmets. There were three salesmen in the wine shop and they were about to close the shop for the day when the two men entered and told the salesmen to assemble in a corner. They pointed a gun at the men and took a bag containing Rs 35,000.
The complainant, Raju Mishra, who works as a salesman at Anjana Wine shop, said he and his fellow salesmen, Ashok and Dilip, were about to pull the shutters down when two on a bike approached the store.
“I thought someone had come to purchase liquor. But the robbers barged into the store and asked us to go to a corner. Both the accused men had a pistol. They checked the counter and took a bag containing Rs 35,000 cash and fled,” Mishra said.
