Priyanka Chopra’s appearance on an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen is giving fans flashbacks. Months after she twirled onstage with Tom Hiddleston during an awards show, her chemistry with another Marvel star, Sebastian Stan, is giving people ideas.
A Vulture article conveyed these feelings in the bluntest manner possible. The headline reads, “The Sexual Tension Between Priyanka Chopra and Sebastian Stan in This Interview Is Almost Unbearable.”
In the video, host Cohen asked Priyanka if she’d had her dress for the upcoming Royal Wedding fitted yet. Priyanka will be attending Meghan Markle’s wedding to Prince Harry as a personal guest. She said that she’s still in the early stages of deciding what to wear. But what about her date? Priyanka said that while she hadn’t decided on who she’d take along, she did have a person in mind.
To that, Cohen said that if she was still unsure, she could take Sebastian, who, until then, had been sitting quietly beside her. “Sebastian is very unclear about his complicated status,” she said. “Like, that’s not happening,” she continued, waving her hand in his direction.
“There’s nothing wrong with a little mystery,” Sebastian, who plays Bucky Barnes in the Marvel movies, said. “I like mystery,” Priyanka said.
Fans couldn’t help but notice their chemistry, and took to Twitter to share their opinions:
Before either of them could recover, Cohen asked Sebastian what his reaction was to his MCU co-star, Tom Hiddleston being so public with his relationship with ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. While Sebastian said he didn’t really talk to Hiddleston about it, he did bring up Priyanka’s brief encounter with the Loki star. Priyanka clarified by saying that nothing happened and she was with him for only 15 minutes.
Priyanka on Tuesday walked the red carpet at the 2018 Met Gala, drawing appreciation for her stylish outfit - a red gown with a medieval style tiara.
Sebastian appeared as the Winter Soldier in Avengers: Infinity War, and said that he has no idea about the future of his character in the MCU.
