Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming movie Dunkirk, Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance and Kenneth Branagh, as well as former One Direction singer Harry Styles.
Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming movie Dunkirk.
The film tells the tale of British and Allied forces stranded in Dunkirk and surrounded by the German Army during World War II. It stars Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance and Kenneth Branagh, as well as former One Direction singer Harry Styles.
Nolan brings the same scope and grand vision that he brought to The Dark Knight Trilogy, Inception and Interstellar. His films have earned him the reputation of being one of the most acclaimed directors working right now.
With the tagline “At the point of crisis, at the point of annihilation, survival is victory,” the trailer sees the Allies fighting for their lives on the infamous French beach. The production is set for release on July 21, 2017.
