Jeff Bridges has good news for Kingsman fans

Jeff Bridges, who plays the role of Champagne aka Champ in Kingsman: The Golden Circle, said his character could get more of a back story if there is a third movie in the franchise.

Actor Jeff Bridges has hinted that the Kingsman series may return for a third time.

The 67-year-old star, who plays the role of Champagne aka Champ in Kingsman: The Golden Circle, said his character could get more of a back story if there is a third movie in the franchise, reported Den of Geek.

“I hear there’s possibly a Kingsman 3 coming up, it might be if that does happen that some of his back story will be revealed. Not too much back story was put into this one, I didn’t spend too much time on that,” Bridges said.

Bridges stars alongside returning cast members Taron Egerton, Colin Firth and Mark Strong as well as fellow newcomers Halle Berry, Pedro Pascal, Channing Tatum and Julianne Moore.

The films are directed by Matthew Vaughn. The film will release in India on Friday.
