Marisa Tomei, who earned an Academy Award in 1993 for her performance in My Cousin Vinny, is negotiating the role of a single mother who goes back to school, where she meets a former Hollywood hot commodity turned scriptwriting professor (Hugh Grant).
The untitled project will mark the fourth collaboration between Marc Lawrence and Hugh Grant, including Music and Lyrics, which followed a similar plotline.
If a deal is reached, Marisa Tomei and Hugh Grant will start shooting scenes next spring in New York City.
