Shabri to release finally

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is set to release his film Shabri five years after its completion.

Finally filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is confident to release his film Shabri. The film, which was completed about five years ago, will now hit the theatres on August 26.

The movie which stars Eesha Kopikhar, Raj Arjun and Pradip Rawat is about how a simple woman from Mumbai slum ends up as a matka (gambling) kingpin and threatens the corridors of power. “I feel like a dog, who will finally have his Friday!” said film’s director Lalit Marathe in a statement.
