The trailer of the latest sequel of the Fast & Furious franchise Furious 7 has crossed 17 million views, with 9 millions views being registered within 24 hours, on YouTube.
As the trailer opens, we meet Paul Walker and his crew – Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson and Ludacris. They are on a mission which involves sky-diving cars and parachutes.
We get to see some daredevil stunts as Walker says, "Just when you didn't think it could get any better, huh?"
It is no surprise then that the trailer has crossed 17 million views, with 9 millions views being registered within 24 hours, on YouTube.
The first look of the latest addition to the action flick series, which was first released by Universal Pictures 13 years ago, was aired on Star Movies in India, allowing fans to watch it along with the rest of the world, Star Movies and Universal Pictures International reported.
The franchise has grown into a global sensation, garnering more than $2.3 billion in worldwide box-office receipts and setting a record as Universal's highest grossing franchise in history.
The film starring Paul Walker, Jason Statham, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, and Lucas Black, is set to release on 3 April, 2015.
