Fakhar Zaman (57 off 58) and Azhar Ali (76 off 100) played brilliantly for Pakistan as they defeated England by 8 wickets in the first semi-final. Batting first, the hosts were all out for 211 in the ICC Champions Trophy semifinal. Hasan Ali was the wrecker-in-chief for Pakistan with 3 wickets while Junaid Khan and Rumman Raees took two each after Joe Root played brilliantly for England. Pakistan have won the toss and have opted to bowl. They will now face the winner of the second semifinal between India and Bangladesh.
