13 army personnel injured in IED blast

At least 13 army personnel were injured as militants set off an Improvised Explosive Device on Srinagar-Baramulla road in J&K, official sources said.

At least 13 army personnel were injured on Saturday as militants set off an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on Srinagar-Baramulla road in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said in Srinagar.

Militants triggered the blast at Narbal Chowk in Baramulla district at around 4.00 pm in which, one of the buses of an army convoy was severely damaged, the sources said.

Thirteen army personnel aboard the bus were injured in the explosion.
