The 14 students from Bundi JNV Rajasthan were found from Allahabad railway station after arriving there by the N-E Expresss, which they boarded in Guwahati on Friday, District Superintendent of Police Modan Chetri said.

The JNV Samiti headquarters in Shillong informed the SP around 12.15 am about the students' recovery. The 14 boys fled from JNV in Morigaon on Thursday night after they had returned from vacations on December one and were showing no interest in their studies since then, the school authorities said.

The school authorities lodged an FIR with the police on Friday and a search operation was launched immediately. A group of 20 students from JNV Bundi were on an exchange programme as part of their inter-annual school exchange scheme since April this year and their term was to get over by April next, Chetri said.
