Three persons were killed and 57 others injured when a truck carrying a marriage party overturned near Pimpalner in Dhule district, police said on Wednesday.
The injured included the bridegroom, police said adding the mishap occurred on Tuesday when the marriage party from Dhamandhar in Sakri taluka was proceeding towards Mangi-tungi for the wedding.
The injured were admitted to hospital at Pimpalner, police added.
