Three men including the secretary of a village panchayat in Bijapur district were killed by Naxalites, police said.

Three men including the secretary of a village panchayat in Bijapur district were killed by Naxalites, police said.

The throats of the three men —Modem Narpalli, Morla Ganaiya and Durgam Banaiya, were were slit open with a sharp weapon, police said. Earlier, six men, including the deceased, were kidnapped by the Naxalites, as they were believed to be police informer, police said.
