Repolling held in 17 booths coming under five parliamentary constituencies in Karnataka today under peaceful conditions, recorded a voter turnout of about 75 per cent, official sources said.

The Election Commission had ordered repolling in 12 polling stations of Chamarajanagar, two in Dharwad South and one each in Dharwad North, Shimoga and Belgaum where certain poll malpractices and technical snags in EVMs had disrupted voting in the second phase of polling on April 26.

Thirteen Lok Sabha and 104 assembly constituencies went to polls in the second phase in the state.

In the first phase, 15 Lok Sabha constituencies and 120 assembly segments falling under them went to the polls.

Counting of votes will be taken up on May 13.
