At the annual inter-college fest of Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology at Kalkaji, prominent chefs in the city adjudged the competing students from over 35 colleges over three days in the areas of culinary art and bartending skills. The competitions ranged from making the most innovative rice dishes to decorative fruit and vegetable carvings to most innovatice cocktails as well as the most creative flower decoration. The students were seen having a gala time over lip-smacking food.
