Bubbly actress Preity has already accepted the signing amount but the Ghajini actor Aamir Khan is still in advanced talks with the Yash Raj Films.

According to the sources, Yash Chopra has himself penned the script and like his other films this one is also going to be a romantic script.

The film is yet to get any title but the story encapsulates the journey of two strangers who meet and share deep love in old age.

The film is slated for release in December 2009.
