In the continued battle between the Ambani brothers over transfer of shares of four new companies carved out of Reliance Industries to younger sibling Anil, his group on Tuesday questioned the delay in transfer of 12 per cent shares to mother Kokilaben by Mukesh group, while admitting that they had by and large received their quota.

On the other hand, Mukesh's camp criticised Anil for delaying transfer of his shares in Mukesh's companies as stipulated in the June 2005 settlement for division of the Rs 1,00,000 Reliance group brought about by Kolkilaben.
Sandeep Tandon, a key aide of Mukesh and Chairman of the four new companies, said that "We have transferred the entire quota of shares for which Anil's group was eligible and now it is for them to divide between Anil and his mother."
