Jennifer Aniston is all set to star in Universal Pictures comedy The Break Up, which is based on the life of a couple coping with their break-up - just as she is after breaking up with hubby Brad Pitt sometime ago.

According to Zap2It quoting the Hollywood Reporter, Aniston, who announced her separation from husband Brad Pitt in January this year, will star opposite Vince Vaughn, who conceived the idea.

Jay Lavender and Jeremy Garelick have scripted the movie, which will be helmed by Peyton Reed. The production is scheduled to begin in early June.
