The AND label, consists of comfortable, stylish and affordable western wear. The brand's popularity can be attributed to the price and design sensitivity that Anita has managed to hit upon with utmost clarity. AND retails from Crossroads, Linking Road, Quorum - High Street Phoenix, two outlets in Bangalore and one at Hyderabad.

To reach out to a larger segment of women, AND does a special budget line that retails from all Pantaloon stores and Shoppers Stop outlets nationwide.

Subsequent to the popularity of AND, Anita launched a line of Fusion and ethnic wear under the label AND EAST. This label is available at Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon and Pyramid.

Anita's signature label 'ANITA DONGRE' was launched in August 2000 at the CPD Dusseldorf garment fair in Germany. The label sells from her store at Quorum, Lower Parel, and is a fitting combination of the exemplary world of Indian creative crafts with a line that is known for clean cuts and simplistic values.

The ANITA DONGRE label has an elite and loyal clientele that include the likes of Anuradha Mahindra, Nita Ambani, Shabana Azmi, Maureen Wadia, Juhi Chawla and many more.

Optimising the capacity of the manufacturing facilities is priority for the sharp business acumen that Anita Dongre possesses. She has successfully designed and manufactured uniforms for leading national corporates like Lakme, BPL, Sunsilk, Calvin Klein, Baccarose, Sahara Amby valley and Dhirubhai Ambani International School.

Making her foray into Bollywood Anita has designed and styled the look of all characters in the movie My Brother Nikhil. The film has stalwarts like Victor Banerjee, Lillete Dubey and Juhi Chawla. She is also now designing the personal wardrobe and future film projects for actress Mallika Sherawat.

Anita bagged the 'Best Prêt Designer' for the year 2001-2002 from the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India.
