Speaking at a function in Tipper village on Sunday evening, he revealed that the scheme would be funded by the central government. “The main aim of the government is to help people solve their problems and provide them facilities at their doorstep,” he added.

Urging people to cooperate with the government and come up with schemes for their own welfare, he said more such plans were in the making and would be launched soon.

He also asked people to take care of their surroundings to prevent damage from natural calamities, and assured them of help from the state government and district agencies in the event of any such occurrence.
