Singer Beyonce Knowles's new song Check it Out has been blamed for causing epileptic fits in British TV viewers.
According to Contactmusic.com, the video contains a series of flashing images and caused a stir when it was aired without proper warning. An investigation was conducted by broadcasting standards regulator Ofcom and network staff were ordered to ensure the situation never happens again.
Beyonce offered an apology even though she is not responsible for the mishap but said she was sorry for any distress she might have caused.
