Ramping up its India operations, US-based Symphony Services on Wednesday announced it would expand into a new, four lakh square feet campus in Bangalore that can seat 3,500 people.

In addition, the company that provides collaborative global outsourcing solutions for the software product development cycle and analytics-based knowledge processes, said it will continue to strengthen its infrastructure and domain and process expertise in its existing centres here, Mumbai and Pune.

Symphony, in pursuing an aggressive growth strategy, has doubled its employee base since the end of 2004 and expanded into both Pune and Mumbai, senior company executives told a news conference here.

"We are one of the fastest growing global service companies in the world -- if not the fastest growing", said Gordon Brooks, CEO and President of Symphony Services. "It is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our employees that we have achieved $100 million revenue run rate and a headcount of 3,000 so soon after our company's founding in 2002".

Brooks added: "As an organisation, we look forward to maintaining the same high standards of client service and expanding our leadership in the burgeoning areas of software product development and analytics-based knowledge process outsourcing in 2006 and beyond".
