He said that due to conspiracy hatched by BSP, Congress and BJP, 16 most backward castes failed to get the status of scheduled caste.

Talking to medipersons, Nishad said that on behest of these parties, a petition was filed in High Court and said that Mulayam Singh Yadav would ensure the status of SC to the 16 most backward castes.
He said that 80000 votes of Nishad community would support SP candidate Sitaram Jaiswal for mayoral post in corporation election.
He appealed to the people and SP workers to sink their differences to ensure victory of SP candidates.
Meanwhile, the other candidates have also intensified their election campaign and the active participation of intellectual class in the election campaign has made the election interesting and significant.
Noted Hindi critics Prof Ramdev Shukla extended his support to independent candidates Prof Anirudh Prasad and said the candidature of Prof Prasad would be an acid test for the intellectuals.
He said it is a positive move by intellectuals in present political scenario and the result would set the future dimension of the politics.
